Municipal Primary Care, Social Administration seeks Nurse

Desirable with further education as a district nurse or specialist nurse in psychiatry.

Your mission

The work is varied as we, in addition to regular municipal primary care, also take responsibility for all palliative care and advanced home healthcare within the framework of municipal primary care. We are responsible for about 300 patients on our 10 islands, residing in special accommodations and in ordinary housing.

Your tasks include, in addition to health and medical care tasks, advising and supervising staff, delegations, prescriptions, family contacts, and a general responsibility to develop care and support for individuals within municipal primary care together with those involved. We document in the Life Care journal system, work with digital signing of medications, and have the opportunity to document our efforts mobile. We are developing our work with digital meetings and assessments that facilitate our work. We are also part of Collaborative Healthcare, where we respond to IVPA (in waiting for ambulance), 1177 assignments, and assistance assignments. Ongoing training is provided for these assignments.

We are looking for someone who is positive and whose working methods are characterized by commitment and promoting a good work environment. Much of the care provided in municipal primary care occurs in collaboration with colleagues, other professional groups, and in cooperation with other instances. It is important to have a good overall perspective and to be confident in working both independently and in a team. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, such as the ability to plan and coordinate, have good collaboration skills, independence, and flexibility.

Some evening and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications/Education

  • Registered district nurse. Experience in municipal primary care, disabilities, ASIH, and palliative care is desirable.
  • Registered specialist nurse in psychiatry. Experience in municipal primary care, disabilities, ASIH, and palliative care is desirable.
  • A driver's license is required.

Other
